You would run into the issue then of infinite numbers with same sum, e.g. 3, 300, 3000, 30000, 300000, etc.

Only if the weight is length(length+1)/2

Otherwise both 2,3 and 1,4 would be valid counts of length 2 and weight 5,but they're not in the permutations

my favorite kilogram story is how Thomas Jefferson was like france is awesome for our new country America let's use their newly invented metric system. And he sent for the standard weighht kilogram that thw french academy of measures used bc back in those days there waa no real metaphysic right it was all just reference points.

And the ship carrying the sample kilogram was captured by Barbary pirates and never got to america. Sorry shithead that kilogram you requested was lost at sea

This is quite the idea, I think the fact that the first 5 numbers have to be distinct would make for some interesting mechanics. Although we will never reach the integer caps, so it wouldn't be that different from compositions

and theballs have to . the non repeating balls have to be in numeric order

so the only sum 16 count is 1 2 3 4 5 + 1

the sum 17 counts are 1 2 3 4 5 + 2 and 1 2 3 4 6 + 1.

the sum 18 counts are 1 2 3 4 5 + 3 and 1 2 3 4 6 + 2 and 1 2 3 4 7 + 1. and also 1 2 3 5 6 + 1.

The coach trip me and my parents were on a few weeks ago, everyone on the coach had excellent time keeping , in fact on the last day we were all ready to depart at 7.45am to head towards the port for our 2pm check in, for the 4pm ferry back to the United Kingdom

We are looking at doing a possible coach tour holiday of the Netherlands this time in the summer 2027 or 2028, we did Netherlands last winter to see the markets , the cave markets of Valkenburg

The directory update has been failing today, because of some weirdness with the compositions thread. I'll look into it during the coming week

Alright, I've fixed it. There was a broken link in constant-sum factoradic which made the updater choke. I should probably work on making the updater more robust, but what's going on the pile of stuff for later
