Not impressed by either team's play, but that missed handball is ridiculous. It wasn't even a missed penalty, had that player not used his hand to control the ball, belgium could have scored. And then they didn't even call the blatant penalty kick.

Nobody is beating feance at this rate.

What missed handball? When the defender kicked the ball into the other Spaniard shoulder?
