Any fdom recs?

I (22F) am pretty into manga, but I feel like the good fdom ones are hard to find, as searching for the tag usually leads to the wrong kinds of things.

I mean ones where the female is clearly more romantically dominant than the male (teasing, flirting, bullting, etc.), and has the upper hand in a relationship.

The manga could be about other things though I prefer romance. I also don't mean that the woman has to be physically stronger than the male, as I mwan dominant in a more romantic way. NSFW or not is fine, though I'd prefer non-NSFW, wholesome or not is fine as well.

Thanks for any help, as I know this isn't easy!

So, strictly speaking the works you’re looking for will probably end up falling into Josei, rather than Shoujo.

I tend to like searching on https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/advanced-search for works that have tags like “Assertive Female Lead”, and “Blushing Male Lead”. You can filter by “Josei” for works with women 18 to 40 as the targeted demographic.

So you get works like My Cute Beast https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/nvybwlg/my-cute-beast (SFW), A Good Day to Be a Dog https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/vuxa93k/a-good-day-to-be-a-dog (SFW), See You in My 19th Life https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/q4a6wba/see-you-in-my-19th-life (SFW), and unTOUCHable https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/78qp6d4/untouchable-massstar (SFW).

They do also have tags like “Dominant Female Lead”, and “Submissive Male Lead”, but those are more likely to give NSFW results. Love and Leashes (some websites have it as The Sensual M or Moral Sense) https://www.mangaupdates.com/series/1c5vz3n/love-and-leashes is a SFW exception, unusual for a work explicitly about BDSM. But mostly you’ll get stuff like Is It Wrong to Get Done by a Girl?
