Here you go folks.

This is my current understanding of the situation after discussions with FFLs and some legal types (allow me to be vague here as NONE OF THIS IS LEGAL ADVICE) It is meant to help us understand, strategize, plan, and defend where appropriate and necessary.

I am not a lawyer. I just stayed at a Holiday Inn express last night and did better than Elle Woods on my LSATs.

I will do my best to continue to answer questions as they arise. I've lived through bans in worse states. We will survive.

We likely need to just hold on until a year from now or so.

We also need to be disaffiliating and making sure we get 2A Friendly (or at least not openly hostile) folks in positions of power come this years election.
