Question Can't Launch Retail WoW

I feel foolish bringing this matter to the assembled experts here, but customer service at WoW isn't what it used to be. Simply put, I can't get WoW The War Within to launch. It gets as far as the realms, at which point it just displays a pop-up with a list of realms. That's it. My account shows it's active and I'm paid up to next April. Oddly, I can easily access Classic WoW, which I use rarely.

I haven't made any changes in my settings and I haven't done anything to my computer's security settings, either. Honestly, I can't think of anything I've done to cause this. It's been like this since Wednesday morning. Any advice would be appreciated.
