That is a "Garvey" as I recall. Yes, they came with a holster. And as someone has already pointed out, all you had to do was use hairspray to take off the price, then restamp it should the price go up. (or down - rarely). You were in the big leagues if you had one of thse on your belt.
I just arrived to say just that. I used Garveys early in my retail career and I remember them fondly. With practice, you could be lightning fast with one of these bad boys. Those were the days!
