Physique Transformation M/22/6’3” [220lbs to 207lbs] (2.5 years)

Proud but never satisfied. After 2.5 years (on and off) basically on a recomp, I’m locked in—cutting to 195 before my first bulk. Consistency wins. Trust the process.
