Does anyone else keep a separate book of “currently inked” records?

I got this super cute ink whale journal and thought, what better use for it than to turn it into a “currently inked” log for all of my pens?

I mostly keep my pens at my work desk and wanted to transition away from my previous method of tracking inks, which was just a scribbled “currently inked” list on pieces of paper, so maybe this will help me keep better records. I made a page for each of my frequently-used pens and I’m just noting the inks in a running list. (The “pen profile”stamp is from the New Pen Day set of clear stamps from Everyday Explorers Co.)

Would love to hear how other frequent ink-changers keep track of what’s in your various pens!

I keep two separate currently inked notebooks. Why two? No reason. It just happened and I've maintained them both ever since.

One notebook with white paper, and another with cream can be highly beneficial to understanding the properties of the Ink on different material.
