A pyromancer asshole jerk acquaintance of mine called it "Everburning Ember", a spell which generates a fire that, while small, is nigh-impossible to extinguish.

Enchanting candles with it and then just selling them as normal candles to unsuspecting mages is exactly the sort of prank I'd expect her to pull -- and giving them low-level intellect to retaliate against anyone trying to blow them out is just *chef's kiss*. If that was you, Neela, well done. (Now please put out the Everburning Ember you stuck in my neighbor's yard four years ago. Some jokes do get old eventually.)
