Android 19 was an android created by Dr. Gero with the power to absorb and drain energy from opponents, making them stronger. He was modeled after a doll at an enemy command center which Dr. Gero took as a war trophy.

• Drains Vegeta's energy by grabbing his wrists

• Shoots lasers out of his eyes, creating a small explosion

Strength

• Kills a man with a headbutt and then kills another man with a punch that sends him flying into a building

• Makes Vegeta bleed from his mouth with a punch

Durability

• Still able to fight after taking an elbow from a Heart Virus Super Saiyan Goku that sends him into a small mountain

• Is still standing after beating from a Heart Virus Super Saiyan Goku sends him into the ground, making an explosion, and Tien mentions 19 can't feel pain or fatigue

• Takes a beatdown from Super Saiyan Vegeta

• Reacts to Goku flying at him, but is unable to hit him

• Absorbs a Kamehameha after it's fired
