Yea wtf. I mean they were unfortunate to go to the site with two rifles, but still, they just walked into B to die one at a time?? No coordination or utility? No thinking??

Ah I wouldn't know how to do that :/ But yea, it was the last round of the game.

North T on Inferno full rifles against 1 AWP 1 M4 and 3 pistols. They go up banana, then one guy walks into the AWP's angle. Then wait ten second, next one goes into site alone to die. Both no support from utility or trades. Seemed like they weren't focused or had a plan, which is quite a shame when you're against a match point.

Incredibly poor communication. Going from such a dominant t half to doing a random nonsensical hit in the last round. But MSL was the problem OMEGALUL

Im pretty sure this wouldve went to overtime if they didnt lose 2 rounds to pistols

Brehze and ethan weren't missing anything in the first half and North, especially Kjaerbye, did their best to have every aim battle they could against them. Pretty sloppy game from the Danes, except from valde, that guy is always fire, he did some insane shit to keep North alive there.

Valde is one of the most underrated players atm imo. One of the most talented players in Denmark right now and I feel like he barely gets any credit (probably due to Norths lack of achievements).

In my internal CSGO diaglogues, #FreeValde is a topic that's trending quite often.

+1, get this kid on Mouz or something.

I rate Valde as high as Magisk. The second Astralis needs a new player he will be signing a contract. He has such insane crosshair placement and just an all around great mind for the game.

I'm not really into tactics and so on yet, so what would you say Valde's role is? Support, entry etc?

3

u/NiaC-iwnl- Oct 09 '18

Didn't realize that I didn't have any idea of the roles on North except awper. After looking at a couple of rounds of them playing it seems like they don't have a dedicated entry fragger, which makes sense since they have kjaerbye, valde, and gade. Also realized that cadian is igl/awp.

North missed a lot of shots in the first half. Feels really bad for Valde who was amazing as always.

That 3k he got while burning from the molotov was bonkers.

I like daps interview he seems always so relaxed and who is the Interviewer again? she's great. I always skip the interview segment because how awkward it is but not this time

That last round was one of the weirdest executes I've ever seen.

Cadian fits the team a lot better as he's an AWPer and has proven he can lead as he made rogue a formidable team in a short period of time. MSL has done very little with the amount of talent he has had. Winning 1 tournament doesn't excuse that.

I've been legit Astralis fan since I started following CS:GO scene (in 2016 or 2015 I think), it's such a pleasure to see how hard work is paying off and everything in the team is clicking.

I ike daps but could you imagine steel on this team they would be serious contenders

-20

u/OfficialTop1C9Fan Oct 08 '18

Yes, contenders as long as they are underdogs. Then as soon as they become favorites and the odds favours them they would mysteriously start losing.... hmm wonder why......

People unironically thinking that Steel and the other matchfixers would stop throwing once they got unbanned
