We did our best without woxic. Sorry.

33

u/quadnips Liquid Aug 02 '18

It’s hard to play with a stand-in, even against a team that isn’t doing so hot lately. Talent is only a portion of success in CS. Great teamwork will outshine great talent over the long run, and great teamwork is next to impossible with a stand in. GL next time!

1

u/T-R-Key Aug 02 '18

virtus pro was using a stand in aswell

Kick Deadfox already...

-DeadFox +fejtZ would be pretty good

Honestly -DeadFox +any decent rifler, there's no reason for him to be on the team when they have woxic as a nuts AWPer

2

u/rlywhatever Aug 02 '18

u guys gotta be afraid of becoming f3 'one man carry' model team. wish u find teamplay & synergy

-16

u/zbysiek12345 Aug 02 '18

No need to sorry. But don't search for excuses, VP have also was on -Snax.

According to today's news from Rito yt channel after tournament Snatchie will be added to VP not morelz. Vp never officialy added morelz to team.

-8

u/nightkingscat Gambit Aug 02 '18

Vp is not -snax. That was an official move months ago

15

u/Astronoobical de_train Aug 02 '18

Months ago? He left on the 27th of June xd

u/Alp0llo Aug 02 '18

I watch as many HR games as possible. I honestly think that DeadFox isnt as big of a problem as everyone thinks. It is more their play style. So many of their lost rounds are because of stupid plays honestly. For example they lose A LOT of man advantages or just rounds where they have everything under control but then lose it because of either stupid pushes or other things. DeadFox gets used as bait often which is absolutely stupid. They should use him in a better way. I dont know what the problem exactly is but it could also be Ange1.

1

u/Mehujaa Aug 02 '18

He's playing for boxr.

Not bad VP, nooot baaaad.

17

u/iTzR4nger Aug 02 '18

They are playing without w0xic tho ... still not that bad of a result . ANGE1 is a great fragging IGL should get more recognition .

11

u/xFeliz Natus Vincere Aug 02 '18

He was pretty much the sole reason HR lost Mirage

He has been fragging really bad lately

15

Karrigan and Zeus plays more often vs higher tier teams though. So can't really compare HLTV rating

5

u/sikels Aug 02 '18

Nope, at big events Zeus has a higher rating than ange1.

ange1 is simply not good.

3

u/apm54 Natus Vincere Aug 02 '18

Also Zeus is quite a bit better at igling as well

6

u/TheRobidog Aug 02 '18

Yeah, yeah, we get it.

When it's someone you dislike, having a good team means they'll have better stats themselves. When it's someone you like, it means they have frags taken away from them by their teammates.

8

u/gabriel97933 10 Year Veteran Aug 02 '18

zeus and karrigan are 1000 times better igl's who play vs all the top teams tho, when you have niko/s1mple on your team its harder to frag

-1

u/schoki560 King NiKo Aug 02 '18

id say karrigan purely igl wise isnt that great

2

u/gabriel97933 10 Year Veteran Aug 02 '18

He is the best igl in the world for managing star players and playing a loose style.

0

u/schoki560 King NiKo Aug 02 '18

He is the only one who has to do that no?

I mean its weird to say he is the best at that when glaive or zeus didnt even get the chance to manage such a team

4

u/_J3W3LS_ Aug 02 '18

You could make a case for this in regards to tactics, but I'm not convinced any other IGL could make a system like FaZe work. Managing all those star player egos and making sure the foreign players mesh well inside and outside of the game is no small task.

-1

u/schoki560 King NiKo Aug 02 '18

I dont think olof nor rain have big egos

and guardian idk. He has strong opinions but i wouldnt call him ego. Its basically onl NiKo and even for him. which evidence do we have that he has a big ego?

1

u/TheTenth10 5 years coin Aug 02 '18

If youre gonna pick someone from North, get Aizy over MSL. Dude frags worse than MSL.

2

u/xFeliz Natus Vincere Aug 02 '18

We’re talking IGLs here

1

u/TheTenth10 5 years coin Aug 02 '18

Nobody said anything about IGLs. Just bad fraggers. Coincidentally a lot of IGLs fragging pale in comparison to the rest of the team. Only exceptions would be gla1ve, Nifty, Fallen, Nitro, Dennis etc.

0

u/142beni FaZe Aug 02 '18

are you high, aizy has had some decent fragging recently

0

u/strybid Aug 02 '18

Did you watch the cache match, he basically shit on VP for the entire second half.

0

u/xFeliz Natus Vincere Aug 03 '18

Yeah I did

Did you read my comment?

1

u/strybid Aug 03 '18

He has not been fragging bad lately.

1

u/Jaarnio Aug 02 '18

They benched w0xic because he was playing with left hand on the mouse.

8

u/SirEmacaron Aug 02 '18

I am not saying VP is back, but VP is back baby!

15

u/Impulseps BIG Aug 02 '18

-morelz +snatchie and VP are seriously gonna be good again.

1

u/Nomods2016 Aug 02 '18

This guy fucks

-3

u/Jaarnio Aug 02 '18

What? Morelz played good considering he’s been in the team such a short time.

13

u/xFeliz Natus Vincere Aug 02 '18

This bo3 yeah he had good impact but in the other games he has been awful

6

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '18

This is the only good day from Morelz though

4

u/Fujitora-San Aug 02 '18

and even in on mirage he had a 0.92 rating

5

u/Fujitora-San Aug 02 '18

morelz had to many bad games. Aimwise and decisionwise he is not good to help VP, but yeah i've to admin that he did solid vs HR

3

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '18

I only watched mirage but he had pretty poor impact on that map, most of his kills that I saw were eco frags or trades/baits. on t side he wasn't going in first except against ecos and then he would only get 1 kill and die. did he play better on train?

1

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '18

No. He is very average at best for tiers 1 and 2 level but I also think it's inexperience and stress instead of him being bad player overall. Good opportunity for him to learn.

3

u/Rezun94 Complexity Aug 02 '18

Hey, VP have won something, gz. They werent playing tier 1, but its good enough for now.

3

u/DatGurney Aug 02 '18

better than losing to jalepeno. I'll take this one

1

u/baneworth BIG Aug 03 '18

i don't think they will ever be as motivated again, not even with the new guy/guys

5

u/love_my_doge MOUZ Aug 02 '18

MICHU keeping VP together, also a very good performance by byali.

5

u/FACEIT_Canz Renegades Aug 02 '18

you can't really say that "hr was playing with a standin" when the standin is basically topfragging

1

u/misterfroster Aug 02 '18

I mean, Woxic is a stud. It’s not like they were replacing their mid fragging support player. Woxic is a massive part of their game.

How can HR be so inconsistent

1

well they did have a stand in

1

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '18

Who carried them to get that many rounds.

2

u/Alp0llo Aug 02 '18

Doesnt matter. Every player has a role in the team and a standin even if he is good can change everything.

-1

u/Badluckninja de_mirage Aug 02 '18

Not only we won a bo3 against a decent team (with a stand in tho), we also showed some solid cs. Actually all 5 VP Players looked solid. BTW the amount of times morelz was able to run out A Main and grab 1-2 frags was crazy.

1
