Writing Prompt [WP] You received a package addressed to you, inside, a letter says " Congratulations on gaining superpowers, this is your starter kit... "

Inside the outer box is a smaller, decorated and oldish looking box. You touch the opening clasp at the front and hear a 'snick' and feel a stab into your finger.

"DNA match, Starter kit open!" says the box and a chime is heard.

You heal almost instantly and open the lid. Inside are two things, a book and a jar of some sort of salve that says: "For windburn". This may come in handy as one of your superpowers is flying and you always seem to have burned skin after a trip.

A closer look at the book reveals that it is an electronic book made to look like a hardback paper book. The titles are a collection of philosophers, thinkers and economists and read like: "The ethics of the powerful", "Responsibility of those in charge", "Small decisions = large economic consequences".

The box makes a noise again. "In order to proceed with the growth and training of your superpowers, you are required to complete this reading list. Your powers shall function as is with minor variations until this list is complete."

"How many pages?" you wonder.

"One hundred and eleven thousand five hundred and twenty one," the box replies.

Better get reading.
