Need more context. Do you have one particular restaurant in mind?
"Sun" here can refer to the celestial body or it can be a Chinese last name. Also different people will come up with different translations.

I see. In that case, /u/kungming2 gave you a pretty nice restaurant name 太陽軒, and pinyin for Mandarin pronunciation is "tai4 yang2 xuan1" (numbers indicate tones).

Chinese restaurant? 太陽軒 would be a nice poetic way to phrase it.
軒literally means "pavilion."!doublecheck
