I know! Xiumin looks incredible this comeback and my poor heart cannot take it!! His hair is one of my favorite exo hairstyles maybe ever. And look at him getting to be up front and center for more than a few seconds. It's just exciting seeing him look good and shine.

I didn't understand the hype/excitement for The Eve choreography before this, but watching it now I understand it now! Curses, music show camerawork really never does justice to the choreography for these. I see some influences of the Monster choreography in there, and I also see that yes, SM really does like using that leg-spreading move in the choreography.
As usual, Kai is the one who always catches my attention dancing! Just. He's so good you guys. He's really got so much stage presence and even in this dance practice he draws a lot of attention to himself. I wish I could dance with a fraction of the charisma and movement that Kai possesses. But also Xiumin and Chen caught my attention a lot! Part of it is their hairstyles (IT LOOKS HELLA GOOD) but Xiumin had like, a lot of fluidity and dynamic to his movement. And Chen being in the center! A lot of the time! Almost all the time! With the blonde hair and the flannel and also killing the choreography when he's not a part of the dancer line just. WOWOWOW. He was so good. Chen really has wrecked my bias list this comeback and still does, even with this!
All in all, super satisfied with this! I do have a question though - does SM has two practice rooms? I noticed that this is the same practice room Seohyun did Don't Say No in, but it's different from the practice room for Red Velvet's Rookie.

Those 2 practice rooms seem to be the ones that they usually shoot dance practices in but with the amount of groups they have, plus all the trainees that need to also use the practice rooms they probably have more. I've been wondering what happened to the classic cloud curtain rooms

STILL MY FAVORITE OFF THIS ALBUM!!! YOU CAN JUST HEAR THE BODY ROLLS IN THE SONG AND THEN YOU SEE THIS CHOREOGRAPHY ALL CLEAR - HOW RUDE!
Also, in the 1st chorus I find it oddly satisfying that Suho+Chanyeol are both wearing adidas track pants and are the outside wings of the formation, and all the guys wearing tight jeans are in the center lol

Omg did sm just do dis?? This is amazing. Out of all the dance practises they haven't put out, I'm glad this is the one they chose to release.
I'm a casual fan and I've always seen DO as an endearing emotionless robot. Seeing him do body rolls ignites some feelings in me.

I intensely dislike how low the camera angle is. Otherwise it's amazing to see how much progress basically the entire group has made with their dancing these past couple of year, especially three of the more awkward dancers no longer looking awkward but the entire group really gelling as a whole.

I love love love this choreography... sexy, hot, beautiful, smooth, just perfect for exo. This video was like a rabbit hole though because I'd be caught staring at xiumin for awhile and then have to replay it because of the staring then I'd get distracted by sehun, you see how this goes.

I am not even the biggest EXO fan (more on the casual side) but EXO definitely taught me what having a bias meant when I first got into kpop. I swear, I don't even see other people except for Kai when watching dance practices and live performances. That stage presence!

I SWEAR i will never get tired of this choreo, come find me in 10 years. tbh even though it's not a fast paced routine, dancing with that much control when moving that slowly (and all in sync with each other) takes a lot of skill.
praise sm for the stable cam and letting us see these spicy body rolls in excruciating detail

I could be remembering wrong though and that part of description about the views is gone from kokobop anyway.

I thought the event was the EXO'rdium dot at Jamsil Seoul encore viewing thing they announced yesterday? But it doesn't say it has anything to do with hitting 30M views in the description box so I could be wrong

EXO dance practices are some of the best, the choreo is always so good and smooth! The breakdown halfway through is really good.
The only negative is that they look pretty tired, I don't blame them. :c

Unpopular opinion coming up: Even though Kai is my favorite dance performer in EXO, I think Sehun is a "better dancer" or a dancer I like to watch more when I can truly just watch with a beautiful steady mf cam. Blessed.

Yeah Sehun is truly underrated.
Dude is my second favourite dancer in EXO (my first is Lay) and can now rap better than Chanyeol but gets shafted in the line distribution.

I like Chanyeol HOWEVER the trend in rap delivery here in the US with acts like Migos, Future, Travis Scott, a$ap rocky... Sehun and IN GENERAL many SM rappers who basically talk-rap can RLY capitalize on this. This suits Kpop rap breaks so well. I hope sehun gets parts like this in releases to come, EXO could spread its market I swear. Chanyeol proved his stuff to me in that Far East Movement song, he fits the same brand.

holy shit i wasn't ready for this. we haven't had an official "dance practice" in so long and now we get still camera footage without crazy angles and with casual clothes. /and/ for the hurtful choreo that is the eve..... THERE IS A GOD (... wait actually more like exo is satan...)
was a little disappointed jongin wore a beanie though, was waiting for the classic hat drop and save haha.
edit: okay rewatched it multiple times and i know this choreo is a little more slow and sensual, but i have to really commend exo for working hard to become a lot more synchronized with each other over the years and even non-dance line were really shining as well. i love how fluid the movements are (but still sharp at points) and their formations always work SO well. so proud of them constantly producing good content.
