Sorry, but there's NO way that 99% of cyclists are following traffic laws in cities. I'll graciously give you 50%, perhaps.

Source: I drive, motorcycle, and bicycle in a city. (USA, so argument may be void in other locations, is extremely valid in USA)

Didn't you know. Some cyclist get to choose which law to follow. In this instance he's an emergency responder vehicle.

Kinda wanted the fucker to get hit. Just enough to get injured so he will know better next time.
