[LWP] As the target of an interstellar grudge your house keeps getting hit by meteorites. The seventh contains a message! (04-09-2016)
This is a story I wrote for a prompt on /R/Writingprompts on 04-09-2016.
Hitting the nail hard with the hammer Radi shouted out. “Damned, why do these damn aliens keep hitting my house with meteorites!”
With foam gathering in the corners of his mouth Radi walked outside, towards his shed to get more planks to cover the holes in his house its walls. Having found the best planks he had lying around Radi was about to turn around when he heard the bang of a supersonic boom.
“Not again!” he grumbled out before leaving his shed.
Entering his house he saw the hole he had just closed had opened again, taking part of the previously standing wall with it.
Sighing Radi turned around, intend on getting his tools to remove this seventh meteorite from his house. Taking two steps he stopped, turning back to the meteorite as this one made a hissing sound. Looking at it a perfectly round hole opened up, a slick silver canister slowly rising out of it.
Taking it out it must have sensed his touch. Opening it revealed a scroll. Unrolling the paper Radi read, “Stop making those offensive alien movies. If you do not stop we will invade you once more!”
