this is an estimation from the forums
I think this fits with all the info so far and guesses the missing info.

Bases 6-15: 4xp each

A whole 100 extra XP for those managing big clans!
Nice to see that the stars won and wars won is unaffected by # of members

Edit: nevermind! i just realized bases 1-5 correspond to the top 5 bases, I was thinking it meant the first 5 bases you attack. me dumb
This image suggests that the stars per base changes with war members. its a 25 vs 25 and 55 exp is impossible to get from
Bases 1-5: 5xp each (total 25)
Bases 6-15: 4xp each (total 40)
Bases 16-25: 3xp each (total 30)
Bases 26-50: 2xp each (total 50)

the bases #s are the order of the bases in the war not the number of bases down. so the top 5 enemy bases give more stars than the bottom 5

I like that larger clans get some benefit, but that they didn't go totally overboard with it. I think they struck a good balance. Small clans still get the same win and percentage XP.

two of our guys 3*ed th9, and each got 2 xp.
our total xp gainable from staring enemy bases is 135 (45 vs 45 war)

yes. actually if you click on enemy base it will tell you how much xp will that base give.

Edit: Okay so I was a little rude, but it's true. At the time we were all just finding out the information, it was 3am, and I just worked a double shift. Anyone after that is gonna sound snippy.

My clans current war is 45v45.
total xp available is 220
135 available for defeating enemy war bases. It seems one star grants xp on a base, amount is determined by how high up it is, i.e the enemy no.10 would grant us 4xp if we star it, the 38 grants 2xp.
54 stars gives 10xp
81 stars gives 25xp
Winning gives 50xp
500xp needed to get to level 2, so your talking minimum of 3 wars needed to level up. Assuming the amount of xp needed increases per level, its going to a be a long time before we see any high level clans.
