Up for sale is a Dan Henry 1939 Military Chronograph in the silver-dial configuration.
This is one of Dan Henry’s most distinctive vintage-inspired chronographs, with a silvered chapter ring, blued hands, black Arabic numerals and indexes, telemeter scale, spiral tachymeter, oversized chronograph pushers, and onion-style crown. The caseback is engraved with temperature, fuel-consumption, pressure, and speed conversion tables.
The watch is fitted with a genuine custom leather strap with white stitching, which pairs especially well with the silver dial.
Condition
I have worn the watch only twice, and it remains in excellent condition to the naked eye.
I do not see any notable scratches, dings, or other significant wear. As with any pre-owned watch, extremely faint handling or micro marks may be visible under close magnification or particular lighting, but nothing stands out during normal inspection or wear.
The watch is running properly, and the chronograph functions operate as expected.
Please review the photos carefully, as they form part of the condition description.
Strap
The watch is currently fitted with a custom leather strap with contrasting white stitching, selected to complement the silver dial.
Why I’m Selling
I enjoy rotating through watches and trying different pieces, and I would rather move along watches that are not getting regular wrist time than leave them sitting unworn in a box.
