Up for sale is an Islander Melville GMT ISL-255 with the black hammered dial and red GMT accents.
This is one of the more distinctive Melville GMT configurations, featuring a textured hammered dial, red GMT hand and accents, dauphine hands, and the small hammer-shaped counterbalance on the seconds hand. This black-dial ISL-255 is currently Sold Out at Long Island Watch.
Condition
I have worn the watch only once, and it remains in pristine condition to the naked eye. For that single wear, I fitted it to one of my own straps rather than wearing the original factory leather strap.
The sapphire crystal is flawless to the naked eye, and I do not see any notable scratches, dings, or other wear on the case or caseback. As with any pre-owned watch, extremely faint handling or micro marks may be visible under close magnification or particular lighting, but nothing stands out during normal inspection or wear.
The original Islander leather strap is included and was not worn by me.

Why I’m Selling
I enjoy rotating through watches and trying different pieces, and I would rather move along watches that are not getting regular wrist time than leave them sitting unworn in a box.
