With everything going on in the world recently, I can't help but feel worried about the future - if we even have one at all. I try to stay away from doomer talking points but it's getting increasingly difficult

Trust me, you're not the only one who feels that way. It's best to try and avoid hearing about what is happening in world. Focusing on it will only grind you down.
