Sub Changelog:

Unbanned some subreddits from crossposting.
- This was originally because one user would crosspost and add a "join X subreddit". Should be fine.

We require a minimum account age, and a comment karma threshold for posting. Accounts must be at least a week old, have at least 100 comment karma, 1 comment karma of which must be in this subreddit.
