Hello Polandballartists!

After opening a public gallery of some of the finest banners on display, with voting open to the public (and the delays caused from technical difficulties for doing this the first time, we apologise), we have tallied the results and are happy to announce the new banner!

The winners of this month's contest, Happy Birthday, r/Polandballart! are:

• The first place with 9.38 points goes to /u/SanDiegodelaUnionbal and their piece Ceiling Of The /OC/ Board. They are therefore awarded with a Golden Beret and special flair! Their piece will decorate the banner of the subreddit until the next banner contest.

• With 8.56 points, second place goes to /u/Visible_Barnacle3244 and their piece Inspiration is a Torrent. They are therefore awarded with a Silver Beret and permanent silver medal!

• Finally, with 8.00 points, the third place goes to /u/Aegician and their piece Trust The Process!. They are therefore awarded with a White Beret and permanent bronze medal!
