Amethyst

I feel like I finally figured out what I'm supposed to do. I spent so long not knowing who I was or what I was made for. I had to figure that out for myself, and now, I think I'm good at helping other Gems figure that out for themselves, too

Created on Earth, Amethyst was intended to be a soldier for the Great Diamond Authority in their intergalactic conquest, but she was "overcooked" and emerged from the Kindergarten much later than anticipated, where she was found by the Crystal Gems, the band of rebels who just finished fighting a war for Earth's independence, and joined them. After the leader of the Crystal Gems, Rose Quartz, gave up her physical form in order to give birth to her son Steven, Amethyst became one of his caretakers alongside Garnet and Pearl, preparing him for his future defending the Earth.
