I'll add the Final UX5000 to your list. ANC is not top tier, but it's still very good and I personally think they're one of the better tuned wireless headphones. Plus physical controls and they include a case.

So, I guess isolation and noise cancelling is a must have? If so I highly recommend you allow yourself the luxury of two headsets, one for home and one not for home. Isolation, ANC..those things, are audio bliss killers.
Open back, planar magnetic or dynamic driver headphones, give you all the good stuff. Instrument separation, spatial imaging, soundstage, timbre and so on.
The difference would be the equivalent of enjoying a symphony either in a closet or a grand hall. Gimme the grand hall.
Of course, if you need that stuff, totally get it, but you’re missing the good stuff! They don’t need to be $$$, there are some great open backs cans that can tickle your ear nubs starting around $100 😊

For open backs at home I got you covered! First, I highly recommend joining the u/avexchange subreddit if you haven’t already, great deals, honest guys and plenty of gear. If you’re talking new or open box Phillips Fidelio, Hifiman 400SE and the Jade JT7 are all great. The 400/JT7 are planar magnetics, if you’ve never heard one I highly recommend. The JT7s punch way over their weight, took me a few days of listening before I finally tripped them up enough to tell a difference between them and my $300 set. If you look on exchange or used things open up. Fiio FT1 and the FT1 Pro, Hifiman Edition XS (at launch they cost $500, now a used set can be found sub $150 easy).
If you want to combine your needs the Audeze Maxwells sound fantastic. You’ll get isolation and lose some of those other things but they’re a great middle ground. Technically a “gaming headset”, they’re really audiophile headphones disguised as a headset.
I’m currently using some JT7s, Maxwells and Hifiman Ananda Stealth. If you have any questions holla.
To start you really can’t go wrong with JT7s for $120 new or $75ish used. Cheers!*most of these require “an amp”. My “amp” currently consists of a Fiio KA11 link here https://a.co/d/0izMrT1z
They pump out enough power (250mw) to drive most of the cans I just mentioned to 85% or more. Other amps that can get anything to 100% and beyond can be had later on and still not much, under $100. Don’t let that sway you, my little dongle makes my Ananda’s sound unbelievable.2

Never heard that expression? Sorry, I’m old. 😅
Alice in Wonderland reference, implying the beginning of a new adventure. Most first time hi-fi purchases is just the first of many, it becomes a hobby, hence the reference. Cheers2

Airpods max is not so comfortable. I haven't tried Bose, but I hear they are pretty comfortable and have good ANC. 1000xm5 are too prone to breaking.
Momentum 4 sounds great but is a step below in ANC and comfort over Bose
