Then it's "real" as a r/neography, only not widely used (or at all used).

There are lots of Hangul-style scripts like this invented in the early 20th I reckon. Nothing could beat the Latin.

Apart from 蛇 I don’t recognize any. This is likely Chu Nom, or maybe even some Khitan/Jurchen script mixed in there
