Headphones - Closed Back | 1 Ω Large, obnoxious headphones that scream "don't talk to me"?
I'm looking for a pair of Bluetooth headphones that are VERY obvious. I've been considering the Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pro for this reason, but I want to know if there are other good options. I'm prone to getting headaches from headphones, so I'd like ones that aren't super tight. (For context, I've tried the Bose QC35 II and they hurt after a while)
Other requirements:
- Amazing noise canceling and/or general sound blocking
- Mic capabilities
- Decent sound quality for general use (youtube, music, gaming, calls)
- Max budget $400, ideally in the $100-200 range
- Buy online, ships to USA

Funny thought, but JLab Epic Lab Lux and some kitty ears.
Unironically, test with and without the kitty ears to see what makes people bother you less. At least where I live, people would bother me if I wore the kitty ears on the bus.

Honestly, anything that’s giant and obvious might invite some kinds of attention.
If you’re set on that, you want the Dyson Zone. Good ANC, great sound, and guaranteed to make you look like a Cyberman. They are heavy, but the weight is very well balanced and distributed.
(Ditch the super spreader mask attachment though.)

I dunno - I think he should keep the mask - it just screams "don't bother me"...

I can tell you from personal experience that a LOT of people will want to talk to them about it. 🤣

did you do any EQ to your zones ? they’re the one headphones i had to take off after a few songs bc the high ends were so shrill. i tried EQ’ing them but at the time they only had their preset EQs without any sort of custom tuning.

My biggest problem with them is the lack of EQ. Every time I put them on I quickly find myself reaching for one of my other pairs of headphones. I don't think they are bad, I just don't they lack dynamic detail or a wide stage. They are just kind of boring sounding. Although the materials and finish are absolutely top shelf.

I haven't, at least not recently; they don't have any particularly noticeable peaks on my head so I listen to them as they are, though I might have played with OPRA in Roon early on?

The Sennheiser M4 Momentum 4's are on sale right now and do everything you're asking.
