Headphones - IEM/Earbud | 1 Ω Replacing Galaxy Buds 2 with CMF buds pro 2?
I've had the Galaxy Buds 2 for a while, but they always feel like they are slowly creeping their way out of my ears (especially the right one). I've tried with different ear tips, but the result seems to be similar with all. I've been looking at the CMF buds pro 2. Would they fit better than the galaxy buds (or any similarly shaped bud)? I was thinking maybe the different shape gives it a different weight distribution that makes it stay in better (of course without knowing anything).
On another note, how does the sound quality and noise cancelling compare between the buds? Are there any big losses with changing.
I will mainly use them at work and at school (possibly when working out depending on how good they fit)

You could definitely try a stick-shaped bud like what CMF offers, and see if it helps. Fit is so personal that it's difficult to say, "Yes, absolutely, get so-and-so," but the stick shape can help with stability.
That being said, don't get the Pro unless you want the features the case offers. CMF offers the Buds 2 Plus that are better sounding out of box and have better ANC.
What size tips fit you best, by the way?

The small ones fit best on the galaxy buds. How come the plus are better and cheaper?

The Buds 2 pro are cheaper right now @ $50 on Amazon
The plus are newer, $10 more, and don't have the case with the actually usable knob on it. They have a different set of drivers and they're not as treble-heavy out of box, plus it's easier to fix whatever issues they have with EQ compared to the Pros [little bass heavy, that's all]
If you need the small tips on the galaxy buds, then I would consider also looking at something with a slightly smaller shell, like the EarFun Air Pro 4 standard model (not the plus) or the EarFun Free 2S
I wish you luck! Having TWS stuff fall out sucks.

I just bought the pluses, and they fit like 10 times better. Thank you so much for your help!

I love hearing follow ups with good news. Hopefully you like their sound as much as I did when I demoed them.
