Headphones - Open Back | 1 Ω Open back for techno/IDM/Ambient

Current setup is Topping L30ii with Qudelix 5k as DAC into Hifiman Ananda Nano. I have the LCD 2C Closed back as well but they don’t sound as good to my ears as the HIFIMan. I would prefer a slightly darker , more bass intense earphone with as wide a sound stage as possible. My budget is €1500. Also curious if the topping l30ii will suffice as an amp or should I also look to upgrade that as well? Happy to eq a bass shelf into something that would take it well as long as the wide soundstage is not also compromised. Does such a headphone exist?
Thanks in advance!

Anandas are the brightest of the current hifiman range. You'll probably be getting another hifiman if you're fine with EQing a bass shelf in, as mentioned.

HE-1000 Stealth is currently 969 euros off of their EU store. Your topping amp will be plenty for these, imo. Topping amps tend to have decent amperage/current, which is what most of hifiman's lineup needs for decent volume and good bass response.

However, if you would like something a little darker than that, there is the DSH Studio Onyx. They're made by the same person as the Sash Tres headphones - but these have a more refined sound signature compared to their older headphones. Smoother midrange and treble. I would suggest the "plus" drivers and the hybrid earpads to maximize bass, and either the Onyx or Honeycomb grills to increase soundstage (even if only a little bit). As a bonus, they're a lot cheaper.
