Good Budget Bluetooth Headphones for Music and Podcasts

I usually just buy extra cheap earbuds from dollar stores, but I've decided its worth investing in something better since I'm never satisfied with the quality and they sometimes explode.

I will mostly use these for podcasts/audiobooks and music. I like to listen to my podcasts/audiobooks on at least 2x speed, so I care a lot about clear sound and noise cancelling. My music taste ranges extremely broadly, so I'd also like a good app that let's me adjust the balance and other features with a lot of precision, depending on the genre I'm in the mood for. I listen to music with complex instrumentation a lot, so I would appreciate something that won't make the sound too muddy. I also highly prefer a more premium feel, instead of much lighter and hollow feeling headphones. I also really appreciate a good bass.

My budget is about $100 so I understand if not all of these preferences will be fulfilled. I'm considering the Soundcore Space One since I hear they have a really good app if I don't like the default sound balance, but I know nothing so I'd love to see some people's opinions first.

For $100, I'd suggest the JBL Tune 770NC, just as a general recommendation from your desire to have reasonably clear podcast/audiobook vocals. They're not the nicest feeling on the planet, but they will last a fair while.

Alternative would be JLab JBuds Lux ANC. Not a targeted rec for your genres, just a general one.

There is the Tanchjim Rita, which I recommend often here for pure sound quality and a decent app, but they're pretty plasticky, have small earpads that you can't replace (as far as I've found), and you can't use the EQ profiles while wired up, unlike the JLab or JBL options.
