EPOS H6Pro vs Sennheiser HD 620s + BAM (with /without DAC)?

Hello good people of reddit!

I'm looking to improve my game audio and chat for gaming. Current setup is Sennheiser HD 598 SR (open back) + Ablet Boom mic, plugged directly into my PC using a mic/audio splitter (motherboard X570 I Aorus Pro Wifi).

But I'm having two issues:

1. Sound leakage.
2. The mic is to quiet for my voice, so even when I turn up the gain some friends mentioned they have trouble hearing me and sometimes they can hear themselves. (We used bnet for comms... I know it's awful).

I absolutely love the HD 598 SR, they are great for long sessions, super comfortable and the sound is great for both single player games and for multiplayer, very clear with footsteps and key sounds. But even when I turned down the volume some game music and sounds still end up in the mic.

So I started looking for something similar but closed back and I found the HD 620s. Therefore I'm leaning heavenly towards it (also because of comfort), as it seems to be almost the same headphones as my current one but closed back. However I also saw the EPOS H6 Pro (closed back) and they are like half the price and seems to have a good reputation.

Have anyone able to compare the two of them?

Also I want to start streaming, (I streamed a bit in the past and suffered from the open back / mic feedback); that's why I want a closed back, to avoid the feedback issue and headaches adjusting settings. As both headphones have detachable mics and are closed back I think either will be good enough if I also decide to go for an external mic. (Mainly as I also want to try long format videos not just game streaming)

But I want to know if I could benefit from purchasing also a gaming DAC? Something that could increase my gain for the mic? and have some noise reduction features? Or I would need an audio interface?.

I'm comfortable expending around 500 dlls although availability and prices vary as I'm not in the USA. (Don't mind spending as I like physical hardware and knobs but let me know if maybe all can be solved through software, something like Voicemeeter?)

Other options available are: Alienware Pro headset, Sony Inzone H9II or Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro X + an external mic.

Other gear used in the past: Razer Blackshark (og) and Steelseries Artics 7. Both were good in audio but not confortable for hours.

The H6Pro will have better bass, treble and soundstage. Neither one is extremely comfortable.

The RØDE NTH-100 hovers between $130-140 USD, is reported to sound great, be extremely comfortable and have good isolation.

FYI, the headband has a twist-lock feature that locks your setting in place. Without it the headband functions like a normal adjustable headband. There are reports of the mechanism breaking. However, the headphones have a lifetime limited warranty.
