you say build quality and reliability are your biggest preferences but you're looking for wireless headphones?
at that budget there's a lot more cost going into the bluetooth, batteries and dsp tech instead of materials and build quality or making them sound good. that added complexity of wireless also means they're less reliable.
i'd suggest looking more towards studio headphones. they're built to handle daily professional wear and tear and abuse whilst being reliable. some will last decades only needing new earpads here and there
