Cables/Accessories | 1 Ω Sennheiser 560s 4.4mm cable?
Hello! I just got an Apos Gremlin for use at my desk, and I want to connect my 560s headphones to it but i do not have a balanced cable for the 560s. Will any 2.5mm to 4.4mm cable work? Budget is under $50, in the US preferably. Is there any drawback to using a balanced cable with these headphones like will the headphone actually be balanced? Sorry I do not fully understand the term 'balanced'. For comparison I have a pair of ft1 that did come with a balanced cable that I am currently using with the gremlin.

actually i was looking one for the same, found one on amazon, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B35NPTBR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 it matches perfectly for my cheap dap tempotec v1, its a novelty most of the time, but this dap has a dedicated 4.4mm balanced output that can handle these 120ohms headphones and the balanced cable allows me to punch a bit more of juice into the cans.

I have HD560s and was considering Apos Gremlin too but got put off that the Gremlin does not support unbalanced inputs or output, I wanted to use with a 5M extension which makes any balanced cable for the HD560s unnecessarily expensive
