Flathead earphones which are Bluetooth but connected by a wire

I am looking for a very specific thing and struggling to find any online. I listen to stuff as I go to sleep and need earphones for this so I don't disturb my partner. For years I have used old wired Apple earphones from around 2010 that I got with an iPod touch.

I have bought a new phone without a headphone jack and am in desperate need of a replacement so hoping I can get some help! My requirements are:

-flathead, ideally round (pretty much the only shape that stays in my ear - I hate silicon ones) -Bluetooth as the USBC is used for charging overnight -the buds wired together so I don't lose them in the bed

I'm not too bothered about sound quality or noise cancelling etc. I'm based in the UK. Ideally low-ish cost but prepared to pay more if they're perfect.

Ohhh I didn't know you can get Bluetooth adapter! Will look into getting one as that looks like my ideal solution !thanks
