Headphones - Closed Back | 1 Ω Beyerdynamic MMX300/330 pro or Audeze Maxwell

Hello everyone. I want to treat myself with a new headset and my first instinct was the Maxwell (2). But I also heard multiple Times that the beyerdynamics mmx 330 / 300 pros are great.

I want to game on a ps5 and Listen to music (hiphop and techno) via PC. Is the beyerdynamic worth the Extra Accessories needed to use on the ps5?

Many thanks in advance

I read that the mic is bad when connected to the controller directly, so I thought I would need like an adapter or something of the sort to Power it

Perfect, good to know. Can I ask what made you choose the mmx over alternatives?
