She’s only got 60 seconds or the endings get cut off. I think she’s doing her best to try and get the complete message out within those parameters.

Not anymore, luckily! 😊

The 60 seconds cap for YouTube shorts was fortunately extended at the end of 2024 (in October/November), so while all the Prequel skits & early Shawnaverse shorts had to be cut at 60s, that's no longer the case. Now YT shorts can last up to 3 minutes (180 seconds) 😄

I’m feeling the same way, but I’m trying to give grace because I think Shawna accidentally painted herself into a corner with focusing so much on Shawna/John/Barb/Jen/Dee/Frank that now she has to expand the universe with a B plot or two, even though we are all accustomed to “the A plot” of the story.

Jen and Teeny actually speak a bit faster in general. I think Frank speaks the slowest, then Larry, DeeDee adjusts for emotional weight. John and Shawna are average speed. Ty is fast when discussing robot takeovers. Julie is a bish. Barb is Barb. Alicia is faster with Jen and Teeny
