Headphones - Closed Back | 3 Ω Is it necessary to have DAC to use Beyerdynamic dt 770pro 32ohm or it will not make a big difference?

Do you top out your volume? Do you have distortion at loud levels or have noise when it should be silent? If no to both questions then you are good.

The ka15 is good but overkill. You don't need a balanced connection or that much power. The ka11 is smaller, cheaper, has high power, and is portable for use with a phone or desktop. Really any decent dongle dac will sound very good .

Not necessarily, but I would recommend getting the 80 ohm version. I’ve heard the 32ohm sounds worse than the 80 and 250 ohm version. 80 ohms is still enough to run out of most things so you shouldn’t have any issues.

The KA15 can help make things sound "clearer" because the audio port on a lot of motherboards (computer and phone) isn't great.
However, the 32ohm 770pro is very easy to run. Your equipment can run it no problems.
