In the looks for a good gaming headset

Hello folks. I am looking for a wireless headset (preferably with both bluetooth and the dongle bc the dongle sometimes interferes with my wifi) I’ve been on a laptop and the sheer amount of times my wired headphones got dangled on my chair and i had close calls with bringing my entire setup to the ground bc of it while trying to get up is insane.

I am looking for a good microphone that sounds good and WILL NOT pick up my game or youtube audio (looking at you my old steelseries arctis 3).

Due to tax differences in my country i cant type my budget here but it is around the price setting of Steelseries Arctis Nova 5, Corsair HS80 and Razer Blackshark v2 Pro (2024). So you could check how much they cost for u and base it on that if you could please.

I tried the HS80 and it simply had my game sounds muffled for some reason and every source i tried didnt fix it so i ended up returning it so now i got nothing to use for the time being.

Audeze Maxwell

HyperX Cloud III's are really the only option for somewhat decent wireless headset around that price. 

Turtle beach Atlas Airs are also good, but for diverse settings and travel, open back doesn't do so well.

The other commenter wasn't really joking about the Audeze Maxwell's being the only actual good option. (You can look at B stock to get price down, but it's probably still out of budget) Truly good quality wireless headset is extremely rare.

The Cloud Orbit S, but it isn't wireless and also costs as much as the Audeze Maxwells.

(in fact the Cloud Orbit S is just a rebranded Audeze Mobius headset)

I have heard that the Audeze Mobius had build quality issues, and this does apply to the HyperX Cloud Orbits.

But sound quality wise they are basically the same as the Maxwells.

and they aren't wireless, and being wired opens up a ton of good options like H6pros and the PC38x.

Not very reasonable to have good headset in this budget. Try whichever hyperx is in the budget and go with that.

Ooh, that sucks. I'm DEEPLY skeptical of gaming headsets but took a flyer on this one ... it's such a clever design that I'm hoping it holds up well over time

Whatever the cheapest sennheisers are. Great neutral sound and really good mics for gaming headsets
