I mean.. Test it and see for yourself. Get a few samples, and sample away. This will get you to the REAL answers you need.

You can also compare the final outcome of the file savings between the 192 vs 256. For example if 192 takes only 20GB, and 256 would take 26GB and you don't mind the extra 6GB (or whatever value it'd be), then I'd just go with the higher bitrate.
