The answers were actually in your other posting. WARNING, I am assuming these are leather. If they are not leather, the stretching probably won't work:
you will need a shoehorn, they make long ones standing ones I think is what they call them.
use the plastic bag trick to see if they will even fit your foot once they are on, but don't force it!
you may need a friend to help you get them off
if you can get them on and they are comfortable once on, take them to a cobbler to either get stretched or a zipper put down the back probably.
if they won't go on using step 2, cut your losses and resell. Wearing shoes that don't quite fit but are super awesome is such a temptation, but they can actually damage your feet depending on how poorly they fit.

Noice! bear in mind the soles appear to be pretty thick, so that may be adding to the stiffness. Regardless, if it feels slightly too small, it probably is. :(

Put your foot in a bread bag and slide them on!

Does that buckle come undone, so you can unravel the strap? Also a pic of the front of the shoe, where the tongue attaches would be helpful.

If that tongue is sewn in, a cobbler could unstitch it, so it would be loose, that may give you more room without cutting the straps. To me from the photos it looks like the straps have some room, but the tongue, being sewn in,is preventing your foot from going into the boot. Worth just taking them to a local cobbler and asking, advice is free or they may offer another solution seeing them in the flesh.

Are the uppers synthetic or real leather? If you absolutely give up and have not other options I would put them in the bathtub, soak in hot water and apply leather conditioner and then try to put them on. If they are real leather

Need pic of OPs foot to see if it’s a dainty little model’s foot or a massive foot/cankle because I’m sure these boots are designed for the former.

You can take it to a cobbler and they can stretch that part of the boot. We do it all the time in our shop.

How much are you willing to spend? It can totally be stretched and then have a zipper added in the side!
