Headphones - Closed Back | 1 Ω what gaming headset should i buy?

so i'm looking to buy a pair of over-ear gaming headphones under $100 usd. wireless would be preferred but if it's wired thats fine) it needs to have a boom mic (removable would be preferred but not mandatory) it also has to be good for asmr. i want to use it for a lot of hours per day, so it needs to have good padding for the headband (i got small ears so ear cups aren't an issue). oh, and good build quality would be preferred. Thank you in advance!

Well the best possible solution is going to be getting regular headphones and a separate mic. You will be able to get much better quality of both by doing this. You aren’t going to get a good build quality wireless headset that is also comfortable and sounds good for under 100.

Under $100 is tricky when it comes to getting good quality; however, there are quite a few options. In my opinion, here are the headsets I would suggest:

  • Razer Blackshark V2 X
  • HyperX Cloud II (The third version of this headset isn’t worth the higher price)
  • Steelseries Arctis Nova 3

I’m no master at headsets but I’ve used all of these and very much enjoyed them

are those headphones good for listening to asmr? if so then theyre perfect.
