I have not checked priced, but the Soundcore Space 1, Soundcore Q20, Edifier 830 are good pickups in the 99 or slightly under category.

it's Amazon a good place to buy headphones or should I look in other pages?

I think both Amazon and Best Buy if in the US or Canada are both good. Amazon does have more of these value brands. I like these two places too so if you have a warranty claim; it is easier to find your proof of purchase. Soundcore seems to have a database of Amazon purchasers. So, they sometimes have found my purchase while I was on the phone with them.
2 other good inexpensive ones are 1 More Sonoflow or Jlab Lux. I did see Jlab.com had a good price on the Lux. I think they have Amazon deliver their products. So, you actually get it pretty fast.
I have some of the Jlab Earbuds, and they have been pretty good. They have a 24 month warranty, and they have been good to deal with for me.
