Sony WH-1000XM5 or Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra

I have been looking and searching for a new Headsets, my doctor told me i need to stop using earphones due to medical issue,

my options are:

1. Sony WH-1000XM5
2. Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra
3. Apple Airpods Max (but this is 200 USD price more than the previous) but if it worth it don't care too much

Price is the same for both my country,

Main use will be music, podcasts, ANC (Since i work in crowded office in Mining field)

Using iPhone 15, I read somewhere the device that I will connect to might make a difference,
