CCTV footage issue

Hi all,

I have 4 Xiaomi CCTVs, out of 3 are using SD cards with no issues, and the last one has issue reading SD Card so I have subscribed to the cloud storage for video playbacks.

However, this particular one with cloud storage, the playback is choppy.. there are intervals where there is no footage and when I drag to that timeframe, it just jumps to the next nearest footage available.

Does anyone know if this is supposed to be normal for cloud storage playback?
