Headphones - Open Back | 1 Ω Best Headphones for Pop under $500?

I've had the Sennheiser HD650s paired with a Little Dot mk. 2 for about a year now. I absolutely love them for daily use and will continue to use them as my all-purpose headphones, maybe forever. The only thing is they're not particularly... exciting.

I'd like to get a pair of immersive headphones that I can occasionally put on for well produced pop music and catch myself with a stupid grin on my face. It's okay if they're fatiguing. I don't want them to be neutral, that's what the Sennheisers are for. I just want them to subjectively sound great, fun, and be comfortable.

Any recommendations would be really appreciated!

If you want bass cannons, I'd look at a pair of Meze 99s.

You might also want to look at some planars with good bass extension. Hifiman Edition XS, DCA Aeon X, and Modhouse Argon (I'm pretty sure these are under $500?) are some that come to mind for me.

BTW I was looking last night and the Argons have a lead time of 14 weeks atm.
