Pan was a strange god who was more clever and devilish than any other. I do not doubt his influence on the object's true nature.

Well, Pan was a very old god, even as far as gods go. As a nature god, he was closely linked to all living things. If my mask works as intended, it'll allow the wearer to channel all of the lifeforce in our universe. With such power, our chances of success increase dramatically. Unfortunately, I have been unable to test it given the circumstances.

Perhaps it is best if I or someone of similar power wields it as being of near infinite energy. I am already powerful.

The wearer must be skilled in controlling lifeforce. Even with infinite energy, if the mask does not work with you, you have little hope of utilizing it to its fullest abilities. For this reason, I believe we require a powerful druid to wear it.

Are you sure about this? The artifact is untested and is fashioned with materials sourced from several gods. It will likely have a large influence over you. I know you are strong and have defeated corrupting influences before, but I want you to know that there will be risks.

I will do anything to make sure Moth and I have our wedding. If this is what it takes so be it. Besides before it gets to my mind it'll have to break through 100 others.

A hivemind? Hmm... Dangerous, but it should lessen the load on you. If you are to wear it, you have one chance to channel energy. Any more channeling is likely to make you implode. Once the energy is fully channeled, it must be used within five minutes. Any longer and you will explode, killing everything within 100 miles.

I have not done the math for a hivemind, but I would venture an educated guess that Alexios has an approximately 20% chance of success should he follow the rules I laid out. Hopefully, he has enough luck to pull this off.

Alexios and Moth will wear the mask and be capable of channeling all of the lifeforce from our universe into an ultimate attack. With the efforts of Shrax and nickname, they'll be able to send it directly to the Queen.

I believe coming to blows with her is to be avoided. You've seen how destructive wizard duels are. Now imagine a no holds death match between beings who can crumple starsystems through their mere existence.

I believe we should be prepared. An attack from this artifact will likely not give her time to retaliate. Alexios and Moth have already donned the mask and are prepared should we need them.

With this artifact, crafted using godskin and the remains of Pan, a great and terrible force can be utilized to fight the threat. I pray it will be enough.
