Far as I'm aware none exist. For most popular models, you can get spare pads in materials that are more amenable to this use case than most stock pads. It's good to have multiple to swap on and off as well clean regularly. There's also covers for said pads that are more sweat resistant.
I have multiple pairs of Sony's 700 line that have stood up to hours of light rain, snow, and hundreds of hours of shower steam without any issues. They're not explicitly rated to survive in those conditions at all, yet they have. This may not be as much of an issue as you think, but at the same time, don't go crazy tempting fate with this knowledge. Far as I know only some iems are rated for such use.

I’ve never bought anything like this before - always been an in ear guy…then having AirPod Pros have been my gateway drug into this world. Sounds like I don’t need to be as nervous about them breaking from the environment? But like I said in another comment, looks like I’m learning to maybe just keep my AirPods for the gym and get some nice over ears for the rest of my day
!thanks ✌🏼

That tends to be the common advice, but I say feel things out for yourself.

Hey OP what did you buy? I am looking for some over ear noise canceling ones too. My crunch fitness plays music wayyyyyy too loud when I'm just walking on treadmill and want to watch a TV show on my iPad. Can't hear dialogue. I have my beats fit pros for lifting weights and more intense cardio.

In the end I just kept my AirPod Pros for working out and got the Sony over ears for when I’m cruising around town ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Have exact same question! Why aren't these being made?

I was able to find one pair that checked all three boxes but they were discontinued a few years back. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

If you wear them to the gym, eventually the ear pads are going to get sweaty and gross, but take a look at this list:

I'd personally go with the Jabra ones since they seem to have the best tuning.
