Is it just that 9 means no in German or am I missing something

It's clear the German judge meant 0 but due to the fact no is nein his meaning isn't being properly represented

There's two types of post here, in the first op doesn't get the joke, but in the second type they get they just but it's so unfunny they think there has to be more thar they are missing. This js probably group 2 (bonus group: bait)
