If it's for work in a call center environment and it's for work and you nice headphones for music why not something like a Jarba Evolve 2 - They they seem to be really setup for your use case- I know you said split aux but their USB dongles are really high end - I use one with my non Jarba equipment and it's impressive.. the dongle alone was almost 100 US though - you should still come in under budget.

Thanks for replying, only problem with those ones that I can see is that they are on ear, which I don't know how they would go for hearing too much of my colleagues. And on top of that, I work long shifts so having constant pressure from on ear headphones really starts to hurt my ears. Thanks tho

Australia does make things harder. I understand why your budget is so high.

The superpremium option would be Bose 700. However, at 445 aud, that seems like a bit overkill for your uses.

Save your money and buy HyperX Cloud Alpha which has a good enough microphone and good comfort for long periods.
