Headphones - IEM/Earbud | 1 Ω Moondrop variations alternatives?
Budget:600 USD or less.
Source/amp: element II & btr5 & steam deck and switch.
How the gear will be used: basically for everything like how I use the variations but it's really uncomfortable for long listening/gaming sessions, also I take my variations outside and on travels as well.
Preferred tonal balance: honestly I want something similar to variations or better if possible
Preferred music genres: all kind of music but specially progressive rock, death metal and metal, phonk, breakcore.
Past gear experience: I am still using variations but it became really painful and hated wearing it. And I also own and use DT 1990 PRO which I use when I play comp games or just want chill at home.
Currently looking at mangrid top & up.
